The Osman Shrine Dragon Patrol is a Rochester Minnesota Shrine unit made up of Shriner's from this area. There are two Shriner's operating the head, and four Shriner's in the body. Those Shriner's you see on the outside are there for your protection!

The Dragons name is CHANG, who is 43 years old this year! At times you can see his eyes and mouth move as he growls. Be careful of the smoke spraying from his nose when he hears a huge round of applause.

He is well known throughout the country, and as far as we know he is the only walking dragon of his kind anywhere. His mission is to help support kids. You can follow Chang's schedule on his webpage at: www.RochesterDragon.org
